These glasses do not dissappoint! They are of a very good weight~not flimsy or thin. They are solid and the bottom of the glass design is truly unique~intermittently raised peaks which keep the bottom of the glass from sticking to coasters, which is a pain. Quality clear glass with no bubbles or flaws. Excellent purchase and especially better because of the low price.

Like a few other amazoners, I rec'd a package with a few broken glasses. These were ordered for a party we're hosting just a few days after delivery, so I'll be keeping both packages. I ordered 2 packages after reading reviews and assuming a few would be broken. The glasses are not packed tightly enough (or, really, with enough packaging/protection) in the box to keep them from breaking.

The glasses themselves are great, heavy, good for drinking (though the larger glasses are a BIT large, perhaps my guests will appreciate this. They do have 'italy' stamped in the bottom of them. Not terribly classy, but again, not terrible either.

We bought some of these glasses at Target years ago and, since some of the originals wore out, it was great to find additional replacements on Amazon (for a cheaper price, too! Don't know why, but Target is stocking super cheap-o glassware as of late.). Anyway, these are a great size for all in our family (adults, tweens, kids) and have a nice heavy base. They are quality at an affordable price. The rocks glasses are a bit on the pudgy side for kids' paws, so they tend to use the highball size more, since they're not very high. If you're used to a tall highball glass, you might want to buy a larger glass, these are only 14 oz.
